When Igloo partnered with Pizzaly, Pizzaly had only few customers, no brand awareness and no online presence. As Pizzaly was operating in a saturated market, Igloo was challenged to come up with a strategic approach that gets immediate results

Strategy & Execution:

  • Designed and developed an website where customers can order from and track their orders
  • Created social media strategies that helped increase brand awareness and generate traffic to the brand website; introduced thematic and engaging content across social channels targeted at specific location based audiences which initiated conversations and increased enquiries and bookings
  • Featured the brand on all food ordering platforms like Zomato, Talabat, etc.
  • Due to limitations in budget, Igloo decided to start with social media and keep other forms of advertising for phase 2
  • Partnered with key influencers and strategic businesses to increase brand awareness and number of customers. This is included bloggers and social influencers with big fan base
