Challenge:

Millennium Hotels and Resorts had limited social media presence. The brand has several social media pages but the posts were low engagement and the following base fairly small

Strategy & Execution:

  • Igloo came up with a unique contest where users can upload a selfie at any UAE Millennium Hotel with a predefined hashtag, and stand a chance to win an amazing prize
  • Igloo ran contests on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram where users can either post a photo of them at the hotel premises with predefined hashtags, or upload it on their own profile with predefined hashtags
  • Lucky contestants stood a chance to win a 5 night stay in Malaysia plus air tickets
